An automation consultancy built by people who automated from the inside
Desatta was born inside day-to-day operations. The name comes from the Portuguese word desatar, to untie: every stuck process is a knot, and our job is to untie them one by one. Before becoming a consultancy, the founder spent years in IT at an insurance broker, automating sales, underwriting, policy issuance, claims and finance.
